DIRECTIONS FOR USE
We recommend a 3-month treatment, followed by a 1-2 month break (as with most food supplements), then another 3-month treatment depending on your needs.
Take the 2 capsules during a meal (the capsule shells are gastro-resistant) with water or juice (no coffee, tea or alcohol). Drink plenty of water.
