We have tested all our skincare products to detect endocrine disruptions of the estrogenic type, thanks to a test called EMCDDA. A strict formulation charter, which makes our products safe for pregnant women, breastfeeding women and women affected by breast cancer.

We recommend storing the serum in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. It does not need to be refrigerated.

Yes, Skin Diligent skincare is unisex. The preservative-free formula and lightweight texture that absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy finish make it ideal for all seasons and all skin types, including blemish-prone and sensitive skin!

During puberty, the body is more sensitive to hormones and endocrine disrupting chemicals . Of greatest concern are endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) that disrupt estrogen cycles. They can affect male fertility, cause ovarian disease including cancer, damage the fetus in pregnant women, trigger learning disabilities in young people, and many other concerns. They are like ticking time bombs .

Endocrine disrupting chemicals are a new concern, the "discovery" of which only started 20 years ago. They are therefore not very regulated worldwide. In the European Union, there is a list of ingredients that are known (phthalates, parabens, bisphenol A, etc.) or suspected to be endocrine disruptors, so avoiding these ingredients is the first step in formulating. But it is not just individual ingredients that can be problematic. Endocrine disruption can also occur due to a cocktail effect by mixing various non-suspect ingredients. This is why Skin Diligent tests all ingredients as well as finished products for estrogen endocrine disruption. Passing these tests requires a completely new approach to the "design" of cosmetic products and we believe we are one of the first cosmetic brands to commit to this.

But regulation is far too slow . Finding consensus between the chemical company lobby, the pharmaceutical company lobby, other parties interested in the status quo, the various scientific groups and the government (supposed to be the defender of consumer safety) is a long, long process.

We wanted products that were truly safe for young people . Not just safe by a regulatory definition, but safe from a health perspective for young users.

The Acne-Prone Skin Kit is designed to last one month. The supplement contains 30 days of capsules and the 3-step skincare products are designed to last at least 4 weeks.

The duration depends on many factors. The most important is the regularity of use. You should use the care products morning and evening and take the dietary supplements every day. If you use sunscreen or heavy makeup, we recommend using a gentle makeup remover before starting the routine.

On average, you should expect to use the Acne-Prone Skin kit for 2 to 4 months to see results. But it can be quicker or slower depending on your case. Simply put, the duration of use is directly proportional to the severity of the acne and how long it has been on your skin. You can see the photos of our testimonials here to get an idea.

Other factors that will affect the speed of progress include an anti-inflammatory diet (choose foods rich in antioxidants like green vegetables), your stress level, moderation of bad habits (avoid snacks like chips or cookies or sugary bars), the quality of your sleep and your lifestyle while using the kit.

Plastic tubes contain almost 80% recycled plastic. But our goal is to move to 100% as soon as we can guarantee the stability and compatibility of our formula with 100% recycled packaging.

For the food supplement, we use 100% biodegradable and compostable plastic. It is EU certified for use with food and pharmaceutical products. Made from sugar residues, it is a plant-based and renewable source material.

We have chosen to add a tiny percentage of fragrance to our products to compensate for some of the odors of the raw materials. In our first tests, the natural odor of our product (without the fragrance) made it difficult to use regularly. On average, we use less than 0.5% fragrance and never more than 1%.

To select our 100% NATURAL fragrances, we pay particular attention to the choice of ingredients. Our fragrance does not contain any of the 26 fragrance allergens regulated by the EU (geraniol, limonene, linalool, etc.). They also do not contain acetone, benzaldehyde, benzyl acetate, benzyl alcohol, camphor, ethanol, ethyl acetate, methylene chloride, phthalates or stearates.

Our fragrances have also successfully passed the endocrine disruption test.

If a product is damaged upon delivery, you have the choice between an exchange or a refund. You have 14 days to take advantage of our returns and exchanges policy from the day you receive the package. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (your purchase confirmation email). To initiate a return, please send an email to commande@skindiligent.com with the reference "Return" including your order number, your name and the reason for the return. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to return the products. You remain responsible for the package until it reaches us. Please note that the return postage costs are your responsibility. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card you used for your original payment (minus the initial shipping charges). If you do not have the credit card you used for your payment, we will not be able to issue you a refund, but we will make an exchange or give you a gift certificate of a similar amount. When finalizing your order, you have the option of having it delivered to your home, but also to a Colissimo Collection Point, a good option if you are frequently away.

If you opt for home delivery, the service provider will send you an email to inform you of the delivery date and slot.

If you are not home when the delivery is made, the carrier will leave you a note letting you know they missed you and instructions on how to collect the package.
