I made a mistake in my order
Please email us as soon as possible at order@skindiligent.com and describe the problem. We will do our best to help you. If the order has not been shipped, it will be easier for us to help you. Once the order has been shipped, you will need to go through the return procedure.

Returns and Refunds
Your complete satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 14-day returns and exchanges policy:
If a product is damaged upon delivery, you have the choice between an exchange or a refund. You have 14 days to take advantage of our returns and exchanges policy from the day you receive the package. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (your purchase confirmation email). To initiate a return, please send an email to commande@skindiligent.com with the reference "Return" including your order number, your name and the reason for the return. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to return the products. You remain responsible for the package until it reaches us. Please note that the return postage costs are your responsibility. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card you used for your original payment (minus the initial shipping charges). If you do not have the credit card you used for your payment, we will not be able to issue you a refund, but we will make an exchange or give you a gift certificate of a similar amount. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift certificates.

How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, our carrier will send you a tracking number by email.
What happens if I'm not home when the delivery takes place?
When finalizing your order, you have the option of having it delivered to your home, but also to a Colissimo Collection Point, a good option if you are frequently away.
If you opt for home delivery, the service provider will send you an email to inform you of the delivery date and slot.
If you are not home when the delivery is made, the carrier will leave you a note letting you know they missed you and instructions on how to collect the package.
Do you offer a monthly subscription system?
We prefer to give you the freedom to buy products whenever you need them. But, if you create an account, you will receive discounts for your next order as well as other benefits.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we regularly deliver within the EU. Outside the EU, the receiving country may impose a tax or duty on the products. These additional costs will be at your expense. You will find all our delivery options here .

How to benefit from the Sponsorship program?
Click on the green gift on your screen and follow the steps to register.
You can sponsor friends to offer them a discount. In this way, if they buy products, they will benefit from a discount of €10 (valid for any purchase over €50) and you will benefit in return from the same discount of €10 for yourself (also valid for any purchase over €50).
You must create an account, otherwise we will not be able to send you your discount code when your friends place an order.
