THE DAILY ROUTINE
Food supplements are best absorbed with meals. Take 3 capsules of the Skin & Stress food supplement once a day with your breakfast, preferably with water (avoid taking them with coffee or tea which will interfere with the absorption of vitamins and minerals).
The treatment should be applied twice a day, in the morning and in the evening. If you wear heavy makeup, be sure to use a gentle makeup remover before cleansing your face.
Step 1 , Triple Action Cleanser : Apply a small amount of product to damp face and massage gently for 30 seconds. This cleanser foams very lightly. Rinse and pat dry.
Step 2 , Regulation Serum : Apply only to and around pimples. Let dry for 1 minute.

Can acne get worse before it gets better?
