DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Dietary supplements are best absorbed when taken with food. Take 3 Skin & Stress capsules once a day , preferably at breakfast, with a large glass of water. Avoid taking them with coffee or tea, which can decrease the absorption of certain vitamins and minerals.
Topical treatments are applied morning and evening . If you are wearing heavy makeup, use a gentle makeup remover first before cleansing.
Step 1 – Triple Action Cleanser
Apply a small amount to damp skin, massage gently for about 30 seconds, then rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a clean towel.
Step 2 – Regulation Serum
Apply locally to the spots and surrounding area. Let it dry for 1 minute before applying the rest of your routine.
