By confirming my booking, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- My booking is only confirmed once payment has been made in full.
- No cancellations or refunds are possible within 72 hours of the appointment day.
- Changes to the date or time are possible up to 24 hours before the appointment, subject solely to the availability of another slot.
- In the event of a no-show or a delay of more than 15 minutes, the full cost of the service will be charged.
